Valentine's Day

Our seventh,
in a blink of an eye.
Amazed how fast time passes.
Anyway this year,
since it was Angel's BD as well,
we,
decided to make something together.
Bought a pack of green tea & orange peel truffles
from Muji.
Brought it back,
so Ney and I,
made truffles,
step by step before goin out for dinner.
Abit confusing at first.

Step one:
Melt white choc.
Step two:
Add in "pure cream"
- 45% milk fat and above
Step three:Mix it quickly till it resembles mayo.
Step four:
Cool in ice water.
Then add orange peel.
Mix.
Step five:
Roll mixture into balls.
Step six:
Mix green tea powder with icing sugar.
Roll individual balls.
