What's going on in my brain right now...
________________________________
I suddenly feel I have no friends
Suddenly everyone seem to be turning their backs on me.
Those I thought were good friends, lie to me,
Avoid me.
Those I thought I had a connection with,
I realise that they're not that similar afterall.
Those I felt may be potential to be good friends,
Seem to shun me.
Those I thought loved me,
Begin to find fault with me.
Even my real friends,
Have a life of their own now.
Am I such a pain in the arse?
Maybe I'm just too much for you to handle.
Maybe I was never liked from the begining.
Maybe I'm just too fake.
I seriously feel low now.
I'm cold, down and out.

Series of cheap finds....
_______________________
Fiona strikes again....
on yet another shopping spree :D Starting from Sat 6th May I've bought quite a handful of things...
Nice things.... *grins*
Well as you might have noticed from previous entries, the fashion is Australia is quite different from sunny Singapore. The culture obviously and fashion are pretty much influenced by the European and English.
Vintage, old victorian style, the classic European look is definately "in".
Fiona = HAPPY :)
I love the dressin up here. I'm lovin' it~!!!
Here people (the majority of young ppl) put effort into dressing up.
They are not as "bo chap" or sloppy as compared to ppl back home.
So.. I cherish this chance man.
Wear things that I will never wear back in good old Singapore.
KK, my "finds"

Cheap find No 1.

Pair of formal pants from some shop at Chadstone. $15 bucks only. Very slimming.

Cheap find No. 2.

Sportsgirl skinny pants on 70% sale. From $79.95 to $23.95@!! I'll be mad to not buy. Somemore I've been lookin for a pair of skinny pants that doesn't make my thighs look like those of an elephant's for ages. YEAHHHHHH.great material great look.. Sportgirls man. Prices there are like Topshop. LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!

Cheap find No. 3.

This victorian style lace top was from Kmart, Dandenong shopping centre. After 30% sale was at 19.95. I thought ok la~ not that cheap but can do.. so I took to the cashier.. Well it turned out to be 9.95@!!!! WHOWW... cant believe it man... :) yeayea... Make me even happier no cognitive dissonance what so ever~~~

Cheap find No. 4.

Pair of shorts, from 20.05 to 9.95 from Valleygirl. Damn cheap. :)

Cheap find No. 4.

Silver eyeliner.. been lookin for it for ages. Cheap ($3) and good (Made in France) Now Yan says she wants..OK LA I go get for you :)

Cheap find No.5.

From my favorite Campberwell Market, 1960's jacket. $5 OMG, no need anymore explaination. Damn cute, but this one's abit tricky. Need some alteration. It's abit big.

Cheap find No. 5 & 6

Vintage bead necklaces. If you're thinking "chey you can get this in Singapore too.." Narh :P Well to start off, the colour is abit different, secondly it looks abit old.. like vintage vintage, next the beads are not the smooth ones you can find in fareast, it's with the "old" feel hahaha.. ok la LAST AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ITS CHEAP!!! 2 bucks each. price is enough to beat everything.

Anyways something's on my mind now. A black military style jacket from some local designer at Myers caught my eye... It is however a whopping $370 dollars.. Aussie dollars almost 470-480 bucks man!! OMG... But its soooooo nice...

*Pondering*

Cravings satisfied :P
____________________
Managed to get the Dennis St. people to have dinner with me..
and yea we've or rather I've decided to have Nando's.
http://nandos.com.au/
Portuguese cuisine of flame grilled chicken :)
"Finger lickin' good" finally satisfied my cravings for Nando's!!!
Yeahhhh... nothing much to rejoice about I know but I've been indeed thinking about it the past few weeks.
Ever since I laid my hands on some the other day... I just kept thinkin about it...
For now, I'm a Nando's addict!!!.
Me posing with the "order number"

*Getting abit bored while waiting for food*
*Adrian's Burger*

*Mine: chicken thighs with salad*
*cute pup on the way to the carpark**Funny lookin bunny. Ears are like antenna*
*Scanning scanning*
Anyway after dinner, since shops were still open, we took a walk in Glen. Hehe :*) got carried away again and bought..... YES!! you've guessed it.. Clothes again... ( :/ I don't have that many long sleeve tops wat hee )
My harvest :
*2 basic stripped tops, one black scarf from Cotton On*
*Checked scarf from some shop outside Cotton On*
Anyway I realised I picked up yet another bad habit.
Ever since I came to Melbourne, if I really liked something and I can't decide on one colour,
I'll get them both :P even though they're the same style.
This happened 3 or 4 times already...
Humm seriously must change.

Yesterday~ Sunday 30th April
(can't help but adds "all my troubles seems so far away)
______________________________
Guide Dog's Association Victoria www.guidedogsvictoria.com.au had their open house... AND of course we dog lovers turned up to support the cause and also with the motive of hoping to snuggle with the lab pups ;P
Well despite the rain, danger of almost slipping down a hill due to the mud, Reagan, Suet Leng and myself took the trouble to drive all the way to Kew, another suburb in Victoria. We arrived just in time to catch the "Life of a Guide dog demo" by a couple of dogs....
A volunteer took us through the life stages of a guide dog from "puppy-hood" till it eventually graduates as an offical guide dog.. the whole process would take around 12 months and a whopping AU$20,000 to raise one such puppy!!! :O I seriously didn't know it would cost that much!! So please support the cause and donate generously to them :)
me holdin my brolly and all.. spastic look..
hey come rain or shine I'll support them OK~? damn cheesy
*hair stands*

There were many dogs.. like labs, white lab black labs... ok lame.. too much elaboration. BUT I just couldn't resist supporting retrivers hehe

Right~ Don't ask me why but I know my face looks damn chubby in this picture.. Seriously haha its not like tt. Don't be decieved by this one particular picture

Can't resist a food shot. Tt's lunch. Potato "special" on the left and a half eaten apple pancake tt was shared between the couple and strangely myself. Abit out of place la.. Jus kidding. Well I'm always if there's a blackout don't worry

Than we explored the premises and saw other aspects of the association like kennels, puppy areas and breeding grounds... :P sorry no pictures of humping. They were told to be discrete that day.. yes I know lame again..well I'm just tryin to inject some humour here n there...

After which we decided to head to Chadstone as I wanted to have Nando's for dinner.. Craving for it.. so I kinda persuade the love birds to have that for dinner hehe :) However... as usual, I'm damn fickle minded when it comes to food. As we were walking past K-mart.. i casually asked the both of them if they wanted to have BBQ.. and they said "why not, ok lah?" AND SO~ YES!~@!!! ANOTHER BBQ SESSION. As most would be able to tell by the frequency we're having BBQs, it's not hard to notice that Fiona Lim has a huge passion for BBQs. "Nothing beats a barbi" as the Aussies would say... The best thing about yesterday's BBQ was CUMIN SEEDS AND CHILLI POWDER!!! The result is a bit of Indian taste... which is excellently delicious :) I'm telling you its damn good.. ANYONE that is intending to have a BBQ should try adding those 2 as in sprinkle onto your food while cooking.. so darn nice.. *still thinkin about the fantastic food we had*

If you're wondering who's idea isit to bbq bread.. its mine. it tasted nice wat..

proves I miss my weekly must of Ya Kun toast

Yeap..if you found the place familar, yeah its Adrian, Suet Leng and Reagan's house again... ok.. lets just called it the house on Dennis St, easier than have to mention 3 names ;p

Right.... tts about it.. enjoyed myself though. Thanks guys for being so spontanous.. as time goes by you will realise I come up with alot of crappy ideas..

Anyways laters :)
