Post exam destress!
__________________________________________
Finally my group of Mahjong khakis a.k.a HK friends
found the time to gather and go on day trip!
(hey the rest that couldn't come prob next time k?!)
Pretty last min planning as per normal.
Well, Kyle decided that we should go visit a cherry farm
as most of us haven't had much on hand experience with cherries...
so yeah.. we planned!
Monash students turned fruit pickers for a day~!
Started the day early and the 9 of us drove 60km east of Melb
to Redhill Cherry farm in Frankston.
Brought good old Marvey and my friend's station wagon.
For more info :http://www.cherryhill.com.au/startpage.html
Good old Marvey and red babe???The funny thing is when we arrived at cherry farm,
we had to drive down a pretty steep (45degree) slop off the highway down to the farm.
Right.
There were 5 of us in the car right, 3 gals n 2 guys.
My 2 gal friends were scared cause they couldn't see the end of the slop..
So they screamed and said they wanted to get down!
But I said, NVM wait first..
perhaps get my guy friends to go down and check.
So 2 of them went down..
THEN..
the gals said I think we better get down too..
OMG..
ALL my passengers went down..
I laughed like crazy...
my friends in the other car were laughing their heads off..
OMG terribly funny and embarressing?!
It's like whoa nobody trusts me???
so yea.. I drove down that slope and it wasnt that bad after all...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA.
Well what a way to start the day~ :P

Our harvest after a hard day at work...
As it was still early..
We decided to drive about 10 km further up to the coastline.
Safety Beach..
What a name...
Anyway yea... we took alot of photos too..
The sun was really good that day,
and all our photos turned out really nice.
Especially those in front of the beach houses :)

Celia and me

Guess whose leg?
As you all know I love to take backviews
Love these...Like damn pro..Anyway for yr info...
these beach houses are really expensive..
Although they are containers,
They can cost up to AU$100,000 to own.
This is due to the fact that in order to protect the natural beauty of the beaches in Victoria,
the government has banned any more building of beach houses.
So it means that what ever that is existing is there..
Somemore,
$100,000 for a container on the beach,
with no water facilities, no sleeping or staying over?
If I'm not wrong there are only about 50-80 of them around Victorian beaches?
Not really sure but I know that they're in popular demand
and the waiting list for them is unbeliveably long.
Talk about things that you can't buy even if you have $$$.
Yeap!
Fantastic day with a crazy bunch of people!
