Well finally met up with Ezawanty in Melb Central on Thus after a long awaited 5 years... she's in her second year at Monash doing a degree in Economics.. whoa you need brains for that and also, she still looks as good! After the hugs, our next stop was Max Brenner, the pretty famous chocolate joint. Website just in case you're interested: http://www.maxbrenner.com.au/ . We have one on our tiny island too, at the Esplanade... but I think the prices back home is slightly higher than in Australia. I had a traditional hot chocolate which was kind of like a fondue but erm jus milk inside and you add the chocolate bits slowly... while Eza had the banana ice blended or something...
Following that, we went to Lygon St. which is doubt the "Little Italy" in Melbourne. A whole array of Italian shops selling traditional and good Italian food. The best thing is, most restaurants are reasonably priced. After walking up and down the street for a pretty long time, we finally decided on one small and cosy joint to fill our stomachs. THENNNN... was dessert time.. shared a gelato cause we were simply too full... Lygon St. should try to visit once at least if you're in Melb.

Long day at school today. Made a few more new friends :)
After a whole day of lectures and tutorials, finally left the school and headed for Flinders station to meet Regina and Vasanth, fellow Singaporeans. My new friends too... Vasanth is going back cause he had to settle some business issues and most likely would only come back next year :( well pretty sad la cause I have just met him and he seems like a pretty nice guy. Very humourous@!
Proceeded to Lygon AGAIN... cause he hasn't been there and I thought he should see that part of Melb before going home... Ok, so we took a tram and decided to head to the Thai restaurant for dinner. After we were done with dinner we went back to Flinders and took a stroll along Yarra River while making our way to Crown Casino. WHERE I LOST $20 BUCKS! But its alright la... won the last 2 times I was there :)
